Refund and Returns Policy

Important

All sales are final once an order is confirmed. Since customers check all details (size, design, quantity, etc.) during checkout, we do not accept returns or exchanges caused by selection errors.

Even so, we understand that changes may be needed. If necessary, you can cancel your order within 6 hours to request updates. In any case, our customer service team is here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

We support the quality of our products with a 30-day return window from the delivery date. To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be in its original condition.
  • It must not have been worn or used.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • Packaging must remain intact
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be included

Return Shipping & Fees

  • No restocking fees apply
  • DressUpp covers return shipping costs for defective or incorrect orders

Return Eligibility

We review returns individually to ensure fairness. Returns are accepted under these conditions:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The print shows clear defects
  • You received the wrong size, color, design, or style

IIf any of these apply, please contact our support team with your order number and clear photos. We will assist promptly.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll email you a confirmation. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or missing refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived:

  1. Recheck your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card provider
  3. Consult your bank for any processing delays

Sale items

Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items are not eligible for refunds

Exchanges

We exchange items only when they are defective or damaged. To get the same item in exchange, email us at customerservice@dressuppzone.com

Shipping returns

  • Submit your return request within 30 days of delivery
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless the product is defective
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund

In addition, shipping times for exchanges may vary depending on your location. For high-value items, use trackable shipping or insurance. We can’t guarantee delivery without tracking.
