What payment methods do you accept?

We fully support PayPal for fast and secure international payments.

How long does it take to produce and ship my order?

  • Production Time: 5–7 business days (since all products are made-to-order)
  • Shipping Time: 15–25 business days depending on your location

Can I receive my order faster?

Yes. We offer express shipping for an additional fee of $30. Please contact us before placing your order if you need expedited delivery.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

You can only cancel or modify your order within 8 hours of placing it. After that, the production process will begin, and changes cannot be made.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times may vary based on your location.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow the delivery status.

What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?
